How to organise your sbt builds and make them fast

As an sbt maintainer I’d be happy to give a talk explaining how to organise and tweak your sbt builds to make them fast. In order to do so I’ll explain some of details of the internals of sbt, and some ideas of mine of how to improve its performance.
