Haskell VS. Scala

It is often said that Scala is largely influenced by Haskell.

In particular, the implicit parameter is a well known function to introduce the Haskell typeclass. Given this, what do we know about how it applies to other parts of Scala? In this session, I’ll compare Scala with Haskell, detail their pros & cons, and discuss avoiding programming language dispute.
